• One Account: Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be terminated.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address must all be provided accurately. Any discrepancies found during verification will result in account suspension.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal use only. Using it on behalf of others or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

• Suspicious or unusual deposits will be subject to verification, which may take some time.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Cashback: Cashback is awarded on losses in selected games and is generally credited directly to your account balance.

General Bonus Terms:

• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Fraudulent Payments: Attempting to obtain funds through chargebacks or payment fraud.

Ba10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide valid documents during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (365 days).
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Investigations by law enforcement or legal directives.
